CDFIPB Shortlist | How to check the list

CDFIPB Shortlist is now available on the CDFIPB portal. Qualified applicants process their registration for CIVIL DEFENCE, FIRE, IMMIGRATION, AND PRISONS SERVICES BOARD (CDFIPB) application in 2019. On completion of the application, a unique code assigned to every applicant is to be used to check the shortlist status. 

An applicant whose application was not successful is advised to reapply in the next recruitment exercise and wished success in their future endeavors because they did not make CDFIPB Shortlist.

CDFIPB Shortlist available Positions

1.  Drivers or Mechanics (CAIII) and (CAII), CA: Corp Assistant
2. Artisans or General Duties (CAIII) and (CAII) 
3. Entry Level Inspector of Corps (IC)
4. Senior Inspector of Corps (SIC) (Graduate)
5. Medical and Health Services – (CAII) 
6. Entry-level Assistant Inspector of Corps (AIC)
7. Assistant Superintendent of Corps II (ASCII) (Graduate)
8. Optometrists: Superintendent of Corps (SC)  
9. Nursing: Inspector of Corps (IC) 
10. Dentist: Superintendent of Corps (SC) 
11. Medical Doctor: Superintendent of Corps (SC) 

Positions Requirements

CDFIPB Shortlist positions require the following criteria for different areas:

Drivers or Mechanics (CAIII) and (CAII), CA: Corp Assistant applicants must have Trade Test Grade III for CAIII and Trade Test Grade II for CAII. In addition, applicants must have a valid national driver’s license.

Generally, Artisans or General Duties (CAIII) and (CAII) applicants must have Trade Test Grade III.

Entry Level Inspector of Corps (IC) applicants must have a Nigeria Certificate in Education or be registered nurses or midwives.

Generally, the Senior Inspector of Corps (SIC) (Graduate) must have a Higher National Diploma Certificate.

Medical and Health Services – (CAII) applicants must have a certificate in Medical records, community health, pharmacy, health education, food & nutrition, or laboratory.

Generally, Entry-level Assistant Inspector of Corps (AIC) applicants must have a certificate in Medical records, community health, pharmacy, health education, food & nutrition, or environmental technician.

Assistant Superintendent of Corps II (ASCII) (Graduate) applicants must have a degree in the following field: Social Sciences, Psychology, Humanities, Criminology, or Food Sciences.

Optometrists: Superintendent of Corps (SC) applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Bachelor’s in Surgery, or a Doctor of Medicine.

Generally, Nursing: Inspector of Corps (IC) applicants must be registered nurses or midwives.

Dentist: Superintendent of Corps (SC) applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Medicine, a Doctor of Dental Surgery, a Bachelor’s in Surgery, or a Doctor of Medicine.

Generally, Medical Doctor: Superintendent of Corps (SC) applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Medicine, a Doctor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor’s in Surgery, or a Doctor of Medicine.

How to access CDFIPB shortlist

1. Open CDFIPB portal ( http://www.cdfipb.careers/) on a browser
2. After that, Click on the check application status button.
3. Input the email used during registration and the application code is given after submission of the application.
4. After that, click on the search application button.
